Terms of Service

These terms are up-to-date as of March 19th, 2023. I have the authority to change my ToS at any point in time.-ˋˏ✧☽✴☾✧ˎˊ-

  • You must be 18 or older to commission me (or interact with me in general), whether the commission is SFW or NSFW. No exceptions.

  • I announce commission openings on all of my platforms in some form or fashion. If I'm not open for commissions, and you visit my commission form, it will let you know.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission at any point in time, for any reason, even if I have open commission slots. Don't take it personally if I do~

  • Payment is done through Wave invoices in $USD. I don't do payment plans or up-front deposits, the commission must be paid in full before I begin work.

  • WIPs will be sent via Discord or email (depending on what you selected on your commission form) at two points: during the sketch phase, and after the final phase of your commission, both with a watermark applied. I will not use social media to discuss commission work, only Discord or email.

  • You will be given one opportunity to request minor edits to be made free of charge whenever a WIP is sent. I will not send more than 3 WIPs per stage, so if you have multiple small changes you want made, please tell me ALL of them ALL at once. It makes things easier for everyone involved, trust me.

  • Major edits (edits that deviate away from the original quoted plan entirely) will not be made. Have a concrete idea of what you want your commission to look like before your quote is finalized.

  • If you have to cancel your commission for whatever reason, I will give a 50% refund if I'm still working in the sketch stage. You will not receive a refund if you've purchased a sketch and I'm done with it, or if I've progressed onto line art, coloring, or shading.

  • If you do not answer a message from me after 3 days, and then 7 days, I will send you an additional message to check if the current WIP is good to go. These will be the ONLY two reminders I send.

  • If you fail to respond to me after 4 weeks from the date of your last message, then I will drop your commission regardless of what stage we're at. You will not receive a refund, or your artwork. Please don’t ghost me.

  • By commissioning me, you're allowing me to use your commission for advertising purposes, including but not limited to:

  • - being displayed in my portfolio,

  • - an example on a commission ad/price sheet,

  • - or part of a banner on a social media platform.

  • If you don't want your commission posted online, you will have a $10 anonymity fee tacked onto your quote. This is non-negotiable.

  • Once your commission is complete, you can post it wherever you please. Just credit me in the captions or descriptions of your posts!

  • Do not alter my commissions once you've received them. If you do, you will be banned/blacklisted from purchasing more art from me. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • - changing/removing my signature,

  • - making your own edits to my work through the use of AI software (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc) or by hand,

  • - reselling my artwork without consulting me beforehand,

  • - and making alternate versions.

  • At this time I'm only willing to work on non-commercial projects.

  • I will not transfer copyrights. I own my artwork in its entirety.

  • My fanart/R34 is okay to repost and be used as a profile picture, banner photo, and the like, so long as you don't claim to have drawn it yourself. Do not roleplay as any of my OCs or claim to be the owner of them.

  • I do not authorize the use of my artwork or my characters to be used as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). If you see someone reselling my artwork as an NFT, that is stolen art, and I would like to be notified.

-ˋˏ✧☽✴☾✧ˎˊ-If you got to this page from my commission form, you are now free to return to the form~ ♥BACK TO HOMEPAGE

"What drawing software/tablet do you use?"I use Clip Studio Paint EX, and either an XP-PEN Artist 13.3" Pro tablet at my PC, or a 12.9” 3rd generation iPad Pro!"Do you use any particular brushes?"All of the brushes I use that aren't CSP's default brushes are assets I've gotten on the CS Assets store for free. Here's a few of them: my current favorite sketching pencil, my current favorite lineart pen, another lineart pen that I used in a lot of my older art, and a curly hair brush I use nowadays for highlighting hair! There are a few others, but these are my daily drivers when it comes to furry art. If there's something in particular you wanna know about, ask me and I'll tell you (if i can remember lol). Most of my artwork is done with the anti-aliasing turned off to get that pixely, sharp appearance unless I'm going for something glowing or a gradient, so I use the sketch, lineart, and curly hair brushes with the anti-aliasing turned off."Can I draw fanart of Lynne/other OCs?"I'm thrilled that you want to, and you don't have to ask for permission before doing so. Just show me when you're done! But don't draw them in situations I wouldn't wanna see them in, please. The NOs category on my f-list is pretty indicative of what I wouldn't wanna see my fursona/other OCs doing."Do you do requests?"Most likely not. If I'm drawing for free, it's going to be surprises for my closest friends, and even then I don't do it often."Do you do art trades?"With mutuals on social media or friends, for sure! If we're not mutuals/friends, it'll be a case-by-case basis. Don't be afraid to ask. But I would prefer to do trades with people who have a similar skill level. Do with that info what you will."Do you stream?"As of right now, I do not, but one of my SubscribeStar goals is to start weekly streams on Piczel.tv! I may do random streams in my Discord server, however~ Just be warned: my current internet upload speed is... we'll say lackluster. I hope my streams don't look like censored hentai with all the crunchy pixels. We're currently in line for an internet speed upgrade but if you live somewhere with shitty internet, you know how ISPs are 😅BACK TO HOMEPAGE

If you're reading this, you're probably curious about me and my personal life. Why? Who fuckin knows, but this is where I'll ramble about myself I guess!I'm 25, queer as all hell in pretty much every way, and live in the Appalachian boonies of Georgia, US. I hope to escape to somewhere in the midwest in the next few years, but until then, it's the Bible Belt for me lmao.I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil, but I found out I liked furry-related shit pretty early in life when I dove headfirst into the Sonic fandom at age 10. That being said, I didn't know what being a furry meant for a few more years. My first proper fursona (that wasn't a Sonic OC or a basic "it's me but with animal ears" OC, I had many of those in my early teens and don't count them as fursonas) was designed when I was 15, and has been retired. I may draw her again at some point, but don't hold your breath. My current fursona was created when I was almost 17, and has gone through MANY fluctuations since then but I like them where they are a good bit now, so I think I'm gonna stick with it for a while! As for non-furry related stuff, I'm in a wonderful relationship with my twin flame, Macaroon. We've been together since September of 2016 and I've lived with them since that November, and I haven't stopped loving them ever since. They inspire me to grow more as a person every single day and I'm eternally grateful to have them by my side. When I'm not drawing, I'm usually playing games, watching YouTube, watching anime, cooking, or enjoying the outdoors. I'm currently pushing myself to be more active with drawing, so I'm usually doing the other stuff. And I almost constantly have music playing regardless of what I'm doing, and I'm extremely open minded about music and enjoy all kinds of genres. It's rarely quiet in my place. My current main hyperfixations are anything relating to Dragon Ball (I've watched the original series, Z, Super, part of GT, and am starting Kai right now) and playing The Binding of Isaac (I almost have Dead God… damn you, Tainted Lazarus...)BACK TO HOMEPAGE
